DV Consult, developed by Opendream in collaboration with Debaratana Vejjanukula Foundation, is a smart phone application that connects general practitioner in remote areas and medical specialist in the cities. The application was piloted in Chiang Mai and will be used in other 11 hospitals throughout Thailand.
